A register search that says how it knows
Open data, open code, nothing to sell inside the answer.
Open Trademarks answers one question: is this name taken as a trademark? It covers the United States, EU and Israeli registers. The answer is one of three verdicts and the marks behind it, each with how it matched and when its register was read; a register not read yet is named as such.
Built by Just
Open Trademarks is built and run by Just Done LLC, the operating layer for businesses built with AI. It is free, needs no account, and has nothing to sell inside a result. The domain line after a verdict links to Just Domain; that is the whole relationship.
Just
Open data
The normalised dataset is published per register where the office's terms allow, at /open-data, with the attribution line each office asks for.
Open code
The site, the API, the MCP server and the loaders are MIT-licensed on GitHub. The similarity thresholds are in the code and change by reviewed pull request.
Not legal advice
A register search, not legal advice. It covers only the registers and read dates shown, not unregistered use, US state or EU national registers, logos, or meaning in another language. For a filing decision, a trademark attorney reads more than a register.
