Who is responsible

Just Done, LLC (2810 N Church St STE 88992, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States) runs Open Trademarks and is responsible for the data described here. Contact: privacy@just-done.ai.

You do not have to give us anything

There are no accounts. You are not required to give us personal data, and the service works without it. The search box is for names you want to check as brands; please do not type other personal information into it.

What we process and why

The names you check, and the goods and classes you describe, are processed to answer the query. The answer is kept in Cloudflare's edge cache for up to an hour, keyed by the name, the classes and the registers' read dates and linked to no visitor, so that a repeated check is fast; your browser may keep the result page for the same hour. Your IP address is used at the edge to apply the rate limit and is not stored by us. Our logs record failures in the service and in loading the registers, without the names checked or visitors' addresses, and are kept for up to seven days. Aggregate counts (answers per verdict, register and channel) are kept without query text or addresses, to measure the service. If you are in the EU or the UK, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a free and secure search.

The API and the MCP server

When an assistant such as Claude calls our MCP server, or a program calls our API, we receive only the arguments of that call (the name, the goods text, the classes and the registers) and the technical data of the request. For an assistant, that is usually the assistant's servers, not you. We do not receive your conversation, your account or your identity, and we do not ask for them. Calls are processed and kept exactly like searches on the site.

Analytics

The site runs no analytics script. Result addresses contain the name checked; treat a shared link as you would any address.

Who else receives data

Cloudflare hosts and serves the site and the API on our behalf and processes each request to deliver it. Fonts are served from our own host. The domain line links to Just Domain; nothing is sent there until you click. We do not sell personal data, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.

Where data is processed

Cloudflare serves the site from data centres around the world, so data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States.

People named in the registers

The registers we read are public. They name trademark owners and representatives, some of whom are individuals. We copy what the offices publish, we do not publish email addresses or phone numbers, and we do not build profiles of people. The office's record is the official one: to correct it, contact the office. To ask us to correct or remove personal data in our copy, write to privacy@just-done.ai.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to its use, in English, Hebrew or Arabic, at privacy@just-done.ai. We keep no request logs that identify a visitor, so for most visitors we hold nothing; for people named in the registers we hold what the offices publish. We reply within the period the law sets. If you are in the EU or the UK you may complain to your data protection authority; in Israel, to the Privacy Protection Authority.
