The normalised registers, monthly
Where each office's terms allow.
Each month the export writes the live marks of every cleared register as marks.csv.gz and marks.jsonl.gz with their CHECKSUMS, beside a LICENSE that restates the office's terms and the attribution line to reprint. No register is published yet: the United States comes first, from its first monthly export; Israel and the EU follow once their terms are settled.

Columns
register, number, reg_number, mark, mark_norm, kind, status_code, state, filed, registered, expires, classes, owner, updated_at. No email address or phone number is published. The match keys are recomputed by anyone who runs the code; the normaliser is in the repository.
